We only collect the details needed to create your account, help you book or host spaces, and provide safe escrow payouts: • Account Information: Your full name, email address, phone number, and password. • Profile & Verification: Identification documents (such as SA ID or passport) and proof of space address for verified hosts. • Booking & Reservation Details: Dates, times, space requirements, guest headcounts, and communication between guests and hosts. • Payment Information: Handled via accredited PCI-DSS payment gateways. We never store raw card pins or CVV codes.

We use your data strictly to: • Confirm reservations and issue automated digital booking vouchers. • Process payments securely and hold funds in escrow until check-in. • Verify identity and uphold safety and anti-fraud community standards. • Provide dedicated customer support via WhatsApp and email.

We never sell your personal information to third parties. We share limited contact details between guests and hosts only once a booking is confirmed to facilitate check-in and access. All data is encrypted in transit using modern TLS and stored in secure cloud facilities.
